The Dream Team is our team here at Victory who serve and give of their time and talents to accomplish the vision of reaching Baton Rouge for the Gospel! The Victory Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them to make an eternal difference in the world- and YOU can be a part!
From creating a comfortable environment by serving on our Welcome Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving in Victory Kids or Victory Youth, to crafting a dynamic experience with Victory Worship or the Tech Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Small Group or partnering with our Outreach Team—we are a group that counts it a PRIVILEGE to advance the Kingdom of God.

Victory Dream Team Ministries
Victory Kids- Kidzone
Victory Kids is our children's ministry where children of all backgrounds come together to learn, grow, and celebrate their unique potential in Christ.
Victory Youth
Victory Youth is the place for Middle Schoolers and High Schoolers to connect with Jesus and each other.
Victory Worship
Victory Worship is where you can use your musical gifts to lead others in authentic worship of the one true God.
Tech Team
Use your technical abilities to coordinate Sunday services and stream them to the world.
Welcome Team
The Welcome Team helps to create a warm hospitable environment at Victory every Sunday morning.
Small Group Leaders
Small Group Leaders lead Victory Small Groups every semester, and help the people in their group come closer to grow in their faith.
Prayer team
The Prayer Team prays throughout the week and also prays personally for specific needs after service each Sunday.
Cooking Team
The Cooking Team uses their gifts and talents to help prepare Midweek Meals and to prepare meals for people in need.
Victory Kids- Nursery
Victory Kids Nursery is where children, from infants up to Kindergarten, come together to learn, grow, and celebrate their unique potential in Christ.
